Order data: 7 years (required for tax and accounting purposes)
Marketing email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you
Website analytics: as per Squarespace's data retention settings (aggregated, not personally identifiable)

Who we share your data with

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run our business:

  • Squarespace — our website and e-commerce platform (hosts your order data and processes checkout)

  • Stripe — payment processing (we never see or store your card details)

  • Royal Mail — delivery of your order (we share your name and address)

  • Mailchimp — if you've signed up to our mailing list

We do not sell your data to anyone. Ever.
